CONCLUSION üMost of business graduates facing difficulties in finding a job üDuration of job seeking process varies among graduates üGraduates think that the subject during their study are relevant üGraduates not fully utilize the Career and Counseling Unit üGraduates still failed to get a job even had attended interviews üMajority of graduates have gone a few interviews

CONCLUSION ü Graduates do not posses the knowledge before attending interviews ü Graduates expecting to get higher starting salaries ü Graduates do not prefer to be stationed elsewhere ü Graduates do not prefer to work in shift ü Graduates has never been subjected to any racially and ethnically offensive remarks during interview

RECOMMENDATIONS

Competency in English as graduation prerequisite for all students

Revising the university curriculum from time to time

Development of thinking skills
