(n) A candidate belong into SC / ST / OBC Category should attach a certified copy of SC / ST / OBC certificate issued by Competent Authority on prescribed format as prescribed by Govt. of India. In case of candidates belonging to OBC category, the certificate inter-alia specify that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer section excluded from the benefits of reservation for other backward classes in Civil post are services under Govt. of India. OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of application. (o) An Ex Serviceman candidate has to enclose a copy of discharge certificate, retirement / pension order and documentary proof of rank ( substantive as well as acting) last / presently held. Those who are still in defence service should submit a certificate from a competent authority that they will be relieved from defence services within one year of the last date of the receipt of the application. (p) Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts situated in Kolkata . (t) Appointment of selected candidates in subject to his / her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Such appointment will also be subject to the service and conduct rules of the Bank. (u) Candidate's admission to the interview is strictly provisional.
