Typhoon Ondoy Victim Relief Effort The International Society of Young Filipino Accountants (ISYFA), in partnership with the Ayala Foundation USA and the Rotary Club of Historic Filipinotown, is calling on its members and friends to respond to the recent tragedy in our country brought about by Typhoon Ondoy. Please open your heart and help our kababayans who were left homeless and helpless by this catastrophe. You may help in two ways: ▪ Cash donations of any amount. You may mail your cash donations by October 30, 2009 to ISYFA, 801 S. Grand Avenues, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Please make your checks payable to ISYFA (Typoon Ondoy Fund). All funds collected will be turned over to Ayala Foundation USA. ▪ Relief goods may be dropped off at the designated locations listed below by October 15, 2009. o SIPA (Search to Involve Pilipino Americans) – 3200 W. Acceptable relief goods are unwanted clothes (no winter clothes please), slippers, shoes, blankets, canned or ready-to-eat food. Medicines are not being accepted. Please bring a copy of ISYFA’s Donation Receipt form and have it signed by the recipient at the above Drop-off locations and an ISYFA representative for tax deduction purposes. All contributions through ISYFA are 100% tax deductible as ISYFA is a tax exempt organization under IRC Code 501(c)(3).
