Sirs: This is an open records request of Complete video of an arrest/traffic stop on Hwy 59 September 29, 2007, between El Campo and Wharton. I am the driver; there were two officers involved - Alfred Ochoa and Sgt Daniel Terronez. The initial stop was about 8:15 PM. According to your website, a request may be made by email; I have done that. I will also be mailing and faxing a request, however, please do not wait to receive the request in writing before you send it. You may send it as a zipped file I believe or mail a DVD. I have a partial copy, but need the complete copy for court as soon as possible. Thank you. -Shirley Pigott MD
