RE: New Year 13 Introduction to A2 Media Studies trip We will be taking the Year 12’s on an educational visit as part of their introduction to the A2 Media courses on Tuesday 30th June. We will firstly be visiting the BFI Mediatheque at the BFI, Waterloo, in the morning, and then on to another media event in the afternoon (still to be confirmed). This will be a great experience and opportunity for the students to visit places that play a big part in the Media Industry as well as developing their knowledge for the year ahead. Students are to meet us outside the Mediatheque at 10.30am – please see attached map. From here, we will escort the students to Leicester Square for the afternoon event. After the afternoon event, we will allow students to make their own way home from central London. The cost will be £5.00 per person (which will be refunded if the afternoon event is free) and students will also have to provide a travel card and packed lunch/money for food for the day. If you wish your child to take part in the trip, please sign and date the form below and return with the £5.00. Cheques should be made payable to ‘The Chadwell Heath Foundation School’.
