2002 EMMY WINNER-TV HEAD PRODUCTIONS TV HEAD Productions, a state of the art production facility in Boonton, opened their doors last Fall. Offering unique opportunities for creative High Definition video production, TV HEAD has been a great asset to the community. Emmy award winning editor Mike Gutowitz, residing locally, created this boutique facility on Main Street . Mike brought his knowledge and expertise in high end production to local businesses and the expanding corporate and health care community in New Jersey.

Fall 2009

“ I have found the needs of Main Street to be a great resource and mix of media . With the many creative agencies, web designers, graphic designers, production companies and of course my neighbor (Darress Theatre) nestled nearby, there are always resources available for any type of project I choose to involve myself . With such diverse talent on Main Street, we are all able to share resources, so it is a win-win situation for area businesses.” TV HEAD Productions has partnered with several prominent companies in the area. The largest collaborative effort includes Green Room Public Relations. Together they have created a global web site for the distribution of Multimedia News Releases. From the pharmaceutical industry to the national retailers such as Lowes, Mike has handled the video production and streaming aspects for these videos. For the past thirteen years, Editional Effects, Mike’s previous company, was one of New York City’s premier production facilities. Nickelodeon, MTV, Lifetime, Nick@Nite, TV Land, NBC Sports, Fox News, and the Food Network benefited from Mike’s talents and keen knowledge of all facets of production. TV HEAD PRODUCTIONS is located at 611 Main Street. Mike can be reached at 973.588.9020

MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT Fall is here again and rather than it being the end of the year, it seems more like the beginning. The Chamber has been very busy this year. Most recently, we have undertaken our first home show, sponsored our annual golf outing and launched a new and improved website. Thank you to

all members and Board members who have participated and donated their time so graciously. Without all of your efforts, the Chamber would cease to exist. We are always researching new creative ideas to attract business to our area and

promote established businesses. If you have any ideas, please contact Howard at 973.334.1121 or Gina at 973.334.4189. I look forward to seeing all of you at our Holiday Party on December 2nd at the Mountain Lakes Market. Invitations going out soon.

Chamber News

The Board of Directors proudly announces the launch of the Chamber of Commerce’s new website. Patti Vanacore and Mike Gutowitz, the board members spearheading the project, recognized the importance of the relationship between local business and the community, and the role a Chamber plays in supporting that relationship. They developed a vision for our new website that would include many features to benefit business owners and consumers alike, along with lots of information that highlights our community, and messages that inspire readers to join the Chamber As you enter the website, you are presented with a crisp, beautiful slideshow of photos from our three unique towns, presented as one cohesive community. Browsing through the site, you will find information concerning business ownership, knowledge about the vast array of activities within our community and the benefits of joining the Chamber. A significant and beneficial aspect of the new site is the business directory. As a Chamber member, you can update your own directory listing. There is room for a paragraph describing your business, discounts for Chamber members, promotions for customers, and a link back to your website. For those of you who do not have a website, the Chamber is offering a sponsorship page on the Chamber site for a small fee. The business directory includes features that are user friendly to your customers. They will be able to rave about your business by writing a review with a 1-5 star rating, and they can recommend you to their friends through email links. A potential customer will find it easy to locate your business based on the category that it fits into, e.g. dining, shopping, real estate, or by searching for key words. They can then read the rave reviews and find your business through an attached map to your location. Creatively Connected was thrilled to be chosen to develop the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce’s new website, and would like to thank Board Members Patti Vanacore and Mike Gutowitz, Gina Ramich, Executive Director and Board President, Howard Solomon for this opportunity. Maria Accardi and Bernadette Mc Kinney, co founders of Creatively Connected, are two women living in Mountain Lakes, with a combined total of four children, two husbands, and two dogs. Both Maria and Bernadette worked professionally for many years in the information technology field . Launch date for the website is Tuesday, July 21st. To be held at TV Head Productions, 611 Main Street Boonton-7:00PM-All Invited!!! New members
