With web-based training you can split one day of training (8 hours) into two 4-hour sessions. Web-based trainings will be conducted on your computer while our trainer is on the phone with your office.

VistaDent ™ 3D Training One day of training is recommended. In this day you will learn how to: Import DICOM data from CB/CT Visualize data in volumetric format Segment soft tissue, bone and teeth from the imported DICOM data Perform 3D Cephalometric analysis and also create a custom analysis Measure landmarks and add annotations to landmarks Map a 2D photo onto the soft tissue Evaluate occlusion to determine current bite movements Evaluate and virtually place TADs based on root positions, cortical bone thickness and bone quality Perform a surgery Standard osteotomy LeFort Genioplasty Sagittal split Ramus lengthening Custom osteotomy Custom planar Custom freeform Simulate soft tissue movement based on surgical predictions Integrate with VistaDent OC and OrthoPlex if those products are used

VistaDent ™ Consultant and Complete Training One day of training is recommended. In this day you will learn how to: Customize image and record series names to match the terminology and visits used in your practice Crop, color correct, and rotate images to create high quality digital records Print individual images and composites at the highest quality supported by your equipment Use the letter writing features of VistaDent integrated with Microsoft® Word Trace an x-ray for cephalometric analysis Superimpose tracings from different records, treatment objectives and norms Superimpose a tracing over the lateral image for VTO purposes Perform a Virtual Treatment Objective Perform both Orthodontic and Surgical movements Predict growth on both treated and untreated tracings Utilize CO/CR corrections Customize algorithms used for more accurate predictions Save up to 35 unique treatments for comparisons of results Print tracings, superimpositions and treatment objectives l

OrthoMation™ Training One day of training is recommended . In this day you will learn how to: Customize the background, colors and fonts used in OrthoMation Change the titles used in OrthoMation to match the terminology used in your practice Customize the text or audio associated with any image or movie saved in OrthoMation Customize the Quick Treatment Plan screen so you can create treatment plans by simply clicking on patient problems Send home treatment plans by printing or integration with a web based provider (TeleVox T-Link, Sesame, or PBHS) Integrate VistaDent images into the OrthoMation tree Add your own images of custom appliances or unique treatments Utilize the Case Study feature to insert your own before and after pictures l

Prior to your training, we will provide a written itinerary to assure that your specific needs will be met during your session. Trainers are not hardware or networking experts, they are experts on our software.
