These color swatches are meant as representations of the transparent and opaque colors that make up each colorway offered.

Striped lamps: specify a color combination for the striped beads and a color from the same combination for the solid beads. Solid-color lamps: specify the solid colors, from one of our color combinations, top to bottom.

RETURNS

No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions from Tracy Glover Studio. This applies to returns of non-defective merchandise. Returns of non-defective goods, when approved, will be subjected to a 30% restocking charge and must be in new resalable condition. Returns of defective goods are regulated by Tracy Glover Studio policy and must follow Tracy Glover Studio procedure.

WARRANTIES

Tracy Glover Studio warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, Tracy Glover Studio will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.
