Have secured 60% and above in SSLC and Diploma

Have cleared Diploma (not more than 3 attempts) in 2008/2009 Candidates who have completed Apprentice training are not eligible. After completing of Apprentice Training, subject to availability of vacancy and good performance, candidate may be recruited on rolls.
