Responsibilities To erect the 1 Nos) ACE 5040 outer tower crane with due consideration of quality and Safety aspects. 3.TOOLS & TACKLES D Shakle – 5 Tons – 6 Nos Web Slings – 5 Tons x 6 meters – 02 Nos Web Slings – 5 Tons x 3 meters – 02 Nos Rope slings – 25 mm x 6 meters – 04 Nos Rope Slings – 25 mm x 3 meters – 02 Nos Chain Pulley – 3 Tons – 01 Nos All these tools and tackles must be attached with the third party certificate. 4. Process of Erection Fixing of base mast 10 meter – 3079 Kg Lifting cage assembly – 3500 kg

Fixing of second mast – 3 meters – 1 No – 731 kg

Fixing of third mast – 1.5 meter -1 no – 627 kg

Fixing slewing table attached with counter jib – 4250 kg

Fixing of operating cabin – 600 kg

Counter weight fixing – 1 No – 3000 Kg

Fixing of Main Boom – 26.4 Meter with hoisting motor and trolley motor- 4510 Kg

Fixing counter weight – 3 Nos – (3 Ton-1 No & 1 Ton – 2 No) Total counter weight – 8 Ton

Note: We are deploying 75 Tons mobile crane for erection process.

3. MAN POWER & RESOURCES 1. Service engineer: 1 number 2. Riggers: 06 number 3. Signal man: 1 number 4. Crane operator: 1 number 5. Pick & Carry crane 14 Ton : 1 number 6. Mobile Crane operator : 1 number 7. Safety Inducted persons should be allowed for work on erection site. There must be a safety personal deployed on site from SBC while the crane erection activities are being carried out.

4. Purpose of tower crane erection:To lift the steel, concrete, shuttering materials and any building construction materials to the building. 5. Responsibilities:To assemble and erect the tower crane at specified location safely. To do the electrical connections of all motors, safety equipment’s. Calibration of all safety devices, etc. Load testing as per manufacturer specifications. Trial run and Commissioning of tower crane.

6. Method and sequence of work execution:-

Phase 1) Foundation casting with nut bolt arrangement/tamplet at proposed Location. Fix the outriggers in the foundation (As per foundation drawing) raft along with 1 base mast section and water leveled before pouring the concrete.

Phase 2) Ground Level Assembly Using Pick & carry crane ( 14 TON ) A) Assembly of mast section B) Assembling of Counter jib, platform and safety railing C) Assembling of tower head ladder, platform, Electrical panel fitting and connection. D) Assembling slewing mechanism, Cabin with platform. E) Assembling of Main Boom fitment with tie rod pulley block. Phase 3) Erection of Tower crane using Mobile crane

Phase 4) Erection of Main Jib by mobile crane. To fix the main jib by using mobile crane along with all tie rod.

Fixing of 3 Numbers Counter Weight To fix the 3 number counter weight by using mobile crane.

Phase 5) Upper level Work (Commissioning work). A) Electrical cabling, wiring between panels, cabin and safety devices. B) Trial run of Hoist, Trolley & slew mechanism on both directions. C) Hoisting & Trolley rope revving. D) Tuning of all safety devices, Safe load indicator and load testing. 7. SAFETY (Erection)      

All workers on site to be properly equipped with safety harness, helmets …..Etc. Other workers on site to be cleared from the working area and to ensure that no one is working below suspended load. To ensure that the person giving lifting signal is qualified and that the crane operator understand and be able to visualize and hear his commands. All items must be checked to ascertain the correct weight prior to lifting operation. Barricade the erection area as well as the building foundation pit area. Make a separate walk way between assembly areas to tower crane foundation. Ensure safety hand rails are fitted on both side of the walk way.

8. EQUIPMENTS Pick & Carry crane – 14 ton: - 1 numbers Hydraulic mobile crane: - 1 numbers
