１．SPECIFICATION／DESCRIPTION 1. General This lifeboat is a life-saving appliances specially designed in accordance With the latest regulations. Construction, equipment and fittings satisfy the requirements of the 1974 Internation1 Convention for the safety of Life at Sea as amended in 2006 and other regulations provided by the Classification Society. The lifeboat is completely enclosed with fixed enclosure for and protection of the crew from Concentrated ges,coolness and entry of water under the adverse weather condition． The boat is also equipped with water-cooled marine diesel engine and sufficient fuel for 24-hours operation. The boat can be propelled as fast as 6 knots, fully loaded with crew and equipment. The lifeboat presents sufficient stability and sea-worthiness, maintaining positive stability even when flooded and open to the sea, owing to the buoyant materials installed in the boat. The enclosure is designed to provide ample space for crews occupying the boat. The enclosure has large hatch, convenient for rapid embarkation and disembarkation. Self-extinguishing FRP materials, made of fire-resistant resins are used for the hull and enclosure. The lifeboat possesses dual capabilities as a rescue boat. 2. １．一 般 この救命艇は最新の規則に適合させて特別に設計した救命設備です。 この救命艇の構造、設備及び備品は海上に於ける人命の安全の為の国際条約(SOLAS 2006) の要求に合致させ、また、各船級協会による規則と勧告を満足させております。 この救命艇は安全に密閉した固定の天蓋を有し、荒天時においても乗務員を保護し、 安全海域に脱出させることができます。 この救命艇には水冷式の舶用ディーゼル・エンジンを装備しており、燃料は２４時間の連続運 転に十分な量を持っております。 全ての乗員と備品を搭載した満載状態のもとで６ノット以上の速力で走行することができます。 この救命艇は海上に於いて、１８０度の復原性範囲と十分な凌波性を有し、救命艇が浸水状に 陥った場合でも、艇内に装備した浮力材に支えられて、正の復原力を維持することができます。 固定の天蓋は、乗組員の居住にゆったりしたスペースを与えることができるような広さとして います。乗降艇に便利で十分な大きさの内開き式ハッチを装備しております。 艇体を形成する材料は難燃性の樹脂を用いた自己消火性のＦＲＰ材です。 尚、この救命艇は救助艇としての性能、並びに要件を兼ね備えております。 ２．主

RELEASING DEVICE (SZK-30) This lifeboat is equipped with an on/off-load type “SHIGI release gear”. It can be release the lifeboat under any condition of loading from no-load with the lifeboat water-borne to a load of 1.1 time the full load condition of the lifeboat. CONTROL WIRE

Release and recovery procedure Read the following instructions carefully, Incorrect operation of this device may results in death or injury. RECOVERY

RELEASE １） Do not touch release lever ②until the lifeboat is waterborne.

１） Make sure that the both hooks have returned automatically to their original position.

２） Ｗｈｅｎ the boat is waterborne,pull out the safety pin ①.

２） Return the lease lever ② to its original position, and insert safety pin in the pin hole.

３） Pull the releasing lever ② up to the stopper

３） Make sure that the lock piece ③（safet lock) has returned automatically to the locked position when the boat is lifted away from the water surface.

Lubrication and Grease up to moving parts

Ring stopper リングストッパー

１） Lubrication moving parts of the release lever. ２） Grease up in nipple. Nipple   ニップル

３） Grease up in Ring stopper.

Release the both ends screws of ring stoppers, cleam the flexible parts, and fill oil. Then, return the screws back to the original position, and tighten the screws of both end. ※ The locking screws of the hook ends are shoulder screws to prevent from fastening the washer.

４

一斉離脱装置 (SZK-30) この救命艇は、ON/OFF LOAD型の一斉離脱装置を装備しております。 救命艇が着水した時の無負荷から、満載状態の1.1倍の荷重を受けるまでのあらゆる荷重条件のもとで 離脱が可能です。 尚、この離脱装置には偶発的、或いは誤った離脱を防ぐための安全装置を組み入れております。 ４．１

コントロール・ワイヤー

降下・進水 操縦席に引き込んだコントロール・ワイヤーを20kgの力で引くと艇は 所定速度で 降下を開始する。

離脱及び回収操作手順 グリップ･ハンドル

次に示す取り扱い要領に十分注意して下さい。 間違って操作すると死亡したり大怪我のもとになります。

離 脱 １） 離脱レバー②は艇が着水するまで 離れてはならない。

回 収 １） フックは自動で元の位置に戻りますが、 それを確認して下さい。

２） 安全ピン①を引き抜く。

２） 離脱レバー②を元の位置に押し戻し、 安全ピン①を差し込む。

３） 離脱レバー②を持ち上げ引っ張る。 ３） 艇が水面に吊り上げられるとロック装置③が 作用する。その状態を確認して下さい。 ② ②

緊急の場合

艇着水前でも緊急の際はアクリル板を持ち上げロック装置を手動で解除し、離脱させることが可能です。 この場合水面から艇の高さを確認して行って下さい。 ４．３

艇上で離脱装置の調整等を行なう場合は、吊鉤側板上部のシャックリング・ボルトを 進水装置側に特設した吊索に連結し艇を吊り下げることができます。 シャックリング・ボルトはこの目的以外は使用しないで下さい。

リングストッパーの両端の止めネジを外し、可動部の清掃及び注油を行なった後、再び元の位置に戻し、 両端の止めネジを締めて下さい。 ※ 両端の止めネジは段付となっており、ワッシャーを締め付けないようになっております

５-２-２.バッテリー充電手順 救命艇に装備した 2 台のバッテリーを順番に充電します。 （１）

救命艇の外側に装備している充電器用レセプタクルに、充電器の DC コードプラグを 接続します。

（２）

操縦パネル上のバッテリー充電スイッチを「ON」にします。

（３）

操縦席パネル上のバッテリー充電切替えスイッチを「No.1」に切替えます。

（４）

充電器の取扱説明書に従って充電します。

（５）

バッテリー充電切替えスイッチを「No.2」に切替えます。

（６）

充電器の取り扱い説明書に従って充電します。

（７）

バッテリー充電切替えスイッチを「OFF」にします。

（８）

操縦パネル上のバッテリー充電スイッチを「OFF」にします。

（９）

充電器のコードプラグを取外します。

５-２-２. Procedures for charging the Battery. Two batteries installed in the lifeboat should be charged in sequential order as follows: （１）

Connect the plug of the DC cord of the charger to the receptacle for the charger Provided on the side of the life boat

（２）

Set the battery-charging switch on the panel at the steering seat to the ‘’ON’’ position.

（３）

Set the battery-charging select switch at the steering seat to the ‘’No.1’’ position.

（４）

Start charging according to the operating instructions manual of the charger.

（５）

Set the battery-charging select switch to the ‘’No.2’’ position.

（６）

Start charging according to the operating instructions manual of the charger.

（７）

Set the battery-charging select switch to the ‘’OFF’ position.

（８）

Set the battery-charging switch on the panel at the steering seat to the ‘’OFF’’ position.

（９）

Disconnect the plug of the DC cord of the chager.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL OF STORAGE BATTERY (115D31) The battery installed on lifeboat should be given sufficient maintenance according to this instruction manual so that the battery will always be maintained at full charge condition. 1. Maintenance of storage battery 1) Check of electrolyte level Indicator mounted on top of the battery shows the shortage when the level reaches slightly above the lower level. Not use the battery, when the battery water level is under the lower level 2) Check of specific gravity The indicator mounted on the top of battery shows the charge shortage at the capacity reaching its half

3) Keep clean battery surface When to clean the battery surface, wipe with wet cloth. Never use gasoline, benzine or paint thinner. Do not use dry cloth for the danger of generating static electricity. 4) Never leave metallic items on top of the battery. 5) Fire prohibition Battery generates explosive hydrogen gas during charge. Never draw near fire or flames. 6) Prepare and keep the battery maintenance record. 2. Charge the battery periodically to compensate the self-discharge. The battery will self-discharge even when equipped in the boat. The criterion for the self-discharge amount per day is about 1% of the total capacity in summer season, and about 0.5% in winter season. 3. Cautions during charge 1) Use the charger in correct manner according to the charger instruction manual. 2) Connect correctly the (＋) of the charger to (＋) of the battery, and (−) of the charger to (−) of the battery. 3) Never have the electrolyte temperature exceed 45℃. When risen above 45℃, suspend temporarily the charge or reduce half the charger current. 4) Keep away from use of fire or generation of spark during charge. 5) Judge correctly the completion time of charge to avoid overcharge. −23−

蓄電池(115D31)の取扱い説明書 救命艇に搭載した蓄電池は本取扱い説明書に基づき、常に満充電の状態を保つよう保守を実地して 下さい。 １. 蓄電池の保守（電池上面にインジケーターを設置) 1) 電解液面のチェック 電池上面のインジケーターでは LOWER レベルの少し上で液不足の表示となります。 液面が LOWER レベルを下回ったバッテリーは使用しないで下さい。 2) 比重のチェック 蓄電池上面のインジケーターは容量の約半分で充電不足の状態になります。 蓄電池上面のインジケーターの見方 内丸 緑色

3) 蓄電池表面は清潔にしましょう。 蓄電池表面を掃除する時は水で湿らせた布でふいて下さい。 決してガソリン、ベンジン、シンナ類でふかないで下さい。 又、乾いた布は静電気が発生し危険です。 4) 蓄電池の上面に金属類を置かないようにして下さい。 5) 火気厳禁 蓄電池は充電中に爆発性の水素ガスを発生しますので火気を近づけないで下さい。 6) 蓄電池の保守点検終了後、必要事項を点検表に記入しましょう。 ２.

自己放電があるので定期的に充電して下さい。 無給電状態でも自己放電します。 放電量の目安は、夏季では１日当り全容量の約１%又、冬季では約 0.5%です。

３. 充電時の注意 1) 充電器は取扱い説明書によっては正しく取り扱って下さい。 2) 充電器の(＋)と蓄電気の(＋)、充電器の(−)と蓄電池の(−)を正しく接続して下さい。 3) 充電中は液温を 45℃以上に上昇させないで下さい。 45℃以上に上昇した時は一時中止するか又は、充電電流を半減して下さい。 4) 充電中は火気の使用や火花の発生を厳禁して下さい。 5) 充電完了の時期を正確に判定し過充電を避けて下さい。
