Is a plan prepared by a classroom teacher as a basis for test construction especially a periodic test. B. Is a two-way chart which describes the topics to be covered by a test and the number of items or points which will be associated with each topic. C. Methodological structure that allows the explanation of an assessment tool in an education process with the dimensions that will be measured, ensuring its quality. 2. Types of T.O.S. A. A true-false test item takes 15 seconds to answer unless the student is asked to provide the correct answer for false questions. Then the time increases to 30-45 seconds. B. A seven item matching exercise takes 60-90 seconds. C. A four response multiple choice test item that asks for an answer regarding a term, fact, definition, rule or principle (knowledge level item) takes 30 seconds. The same type of test item that is at the application level may take 60 seconds. D. Any test item format that requires solving a problem, analyzing, synthesizing information or evaluating examples adds 30-60 seconds to a question. E. Short-answer test items take 30-45 seconds. F. An essay test takes 60 seconds for each point to be compared and contrasted.

3. Levels of Cognitive Domain A. Knowledge- Remembering facts, terms, definitions and concepts. B. Comprehension- Understanding the meaning of material. Explain, interpret, summarize, give examples, predict, and translate.

Compute, solve, apply, modify and construct. D. Analysis- Breaking material down into its parts and explaining the hierarchical relations. E. Synthesis- Producing something original after having broken the material down into its component parts. F. Evaluation- Making a judgement based upon a pre-established set of criteria.
