Exports in World Steel in Figures include intra-EU trade and trade between countries of the former CMEA, and are based on a broad definition of the steel industry and its products, including ingots, semi-finished products, hot-rolled and cold-finished products, tubes, wire, and unworked castings and forgings. The above table comprises the exports of 37 countries, which represents aproximately 90% of total world trade in 2005.
