Terms And Conditions: 1. The above prices are based on the assumption that Design & Quality of components meets International Standard for Manufacturability, Testability,Inspectability & Repairability. 2. All components should be provided in full reels (Machine Mountable) by Pricol at Starion, Pune. 3. Attrition for chip components will be 2% and 0% / case to case for IC's and connectors etc. 4. All Manufacturing information like drawings, documents, list and specifications of consumables & software related to procurement & manufacturing is to be provided well in advance. Contact persons for procurement & engineering requirements to be defined at both sites for smooth flow of information & timely implementation 5. All duties and taxes will be charged as per actuals. 6. Transit and Starion in house insurance will be to Pricol account. 7. The payment terms will be against delivery / as mutually agreed. 8. The above price is valid for a per lot/ month volume of minimum quanity as mentioned above. 9. The accetable rejection rate will be as the Q policy to be formulated by Pricol & Starion 10. In case extra activities are required by Pricol other than above, it will changed extra. 11. All necessary Jigs and Fixtures shall be provided by M/s. Pricol.
