Respected Sir/Madam, We the Students of 6th Semester, B.com.LL.B (Hons.) of the faculty of law wish to bring to your kind notice about grievances regarding the harassment by our professors Mr. Shail Shakya, (Assistant professor of law, Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University) who served three subjects for teaching to the concerned batch and there are other grounds on which he harasses the whole batch except his near and dear ones, the grounds are as follows : 

There has been a complaint being lodged by the students of the 6th Semester, B.com.LL.B (Hons.)

Regarding the harassment done to the girls by Mr. Shail Shakya in previous

semesters. 

He threatens the student to fail in these subjects and by saying that I compel you to suicide if any complaint regarding me is forwarded to any other higher authority.



He make pity issues regarding the students and favour the politics between the students. And respond to the fights between the students.



He also cut marks in Evaluation in the examination as the some faculty members are taking the advantage of the authority of framing question paper and evaluation provided to them .They satisfy all their grudges against the students disliked by them while evaluation and question paper framing and also leaks question paper to some students due to favouritism and this is being possible just because of their authority and the names which are mentioned in the copies instead of coding system. They also harass the students by using the authority and marks as their weapon. They threat the students that they will not let the students pass.



Earlier also some students have complained against these activities of them. The faculty members with mutual consent cut marks and leak exam papers to fulfil their personal grudges and personal interests by helping each other to help their near and dear ones. These activities are only happening with the 6th semester that is why we are not mentioning our names and giving the application collectively as earlier those who have complained had suffered because of it.



If there will be coding in the copies instead of mentioning names and if the question paper will not be framed and evaluated by them then it will really be fair, reasonable and beneficial for us. It will also be Lawful



He invites his near and dear students to their accommodation house including girl.

Kindly look into matter as soon as possible as you are our last hope against this ill-treatment suffered by us since 1st semester. We would be very grateful if you will help us and bring transparency in the examination and order probe against the whole administration and faculty members of Faculty of Law. Thanking You
