NETC-SPK-HHC SUBJECT: Class I Field Account 7. The undersigned is aware that if there is a difference in the excess of 10% or 5 meals (whichever is greater) of the actual headcount reflected on the attached forms, a report of survey will be initiated IAW AR 30-22, Paragraph 7-12 & 7-12f, The Army Food Service Program, 10 MAY 2005.
