Time Alarm

Building Intercom System : One window destination for precision quality building intercom & interphone systems with customized unique solutions for apartments & societies ranging 16 up to 4096 Lines / extensions. Two different range of products available namely, secure com plus and secure com plus- active voice.

Time Alarm : Enables you to set your own time alarm. An announcement on the terminal eliminates need to answer the call personally.

Message Broadcasting / Paging : Pagging can be done on all extentions from a perticular extension. This facilitates all users to get addressed simultaneously for any emergency, panic or for making annuncements. Individual Extension users can page on groups of four more extensions too.

Printer Interface : Print detail about all progressed calls within the premises along with the time detail; also generate other technical report like programming status etc.

Passage light controller : Controls ON / OFF switching of the common passage or building lights. System supports four dry contacts which in-turn can control four different zones.

Intercom to Intercom : This facilitates inter communication between flat users and security with personalized calling.

Talking & Display Caller ID : This facilitates inter communication between flat users and security with personalized calling. Calling person can page for a particular person after dialing the number also. Talking CLI will notify the extension number of calling party on a speaker before the called extension picks up the handset.

5 Party Conference / Meeting Call : Facilitates teleconferencing of all committee members or all the extension users of the society at one time.

Hot line to security : Enables you to directly speak to the security. Just lift the handset and wait to get connected to the security system.

Security Alarm through various sensors (Gas, Fire) : The secure com plus active voice terminal also provides the solution of security into individual flat. The one zone security system supports one of sensor like gas leakage, fire detection, magnetic switch , panic button and PIR or series of the such all sensors. In case of sensor's activation a loud hooter is made on along with the indication of flat number in panic on digital display u nit at security. Also, will not if about the same on a group of other extensions too.

Connection with security-guard on lifting handset. + light : Allows user to press a button and talk to security in hands' free mode. Also will switch on light automat ically if light intensity of the lift goes below or it's dark

Cable Tamper Alarm : Gives an indication of the flat number on display and activates a siren if a cable of any extension is cut.

Panic Button : Pressing the panic button or code will notify a situation of panic and an emergency hooter will turn on along with the number of a flat user displayed on the digital display unit . This will also generate a panic call to four other extensions near by and notify about an emergency
