PROBLEM The
production of Tikka re-rolling mills was hampered, it was coming down than the expected level.
CAUSE About
35% of the employees off the company were over 50 years of age and were unable to do their work efficiently because of their increasing age. They were not physically fit for their jobs.
SOLUTION The
company should conduct a performance evaluation test once in 6 months i.e twice in a year. The test should cover 50% of the workers after taking into consideration their early performance results, the employees who do not pass through this test must be terminated.
