Thoughts on Senator Craig Senator Craig cannot outright deny the charges of Homosexuality. To deny the charges would be a denial of due process. To clear himself of the homosexuality charges, he should go to court as required and tell the judge or ask his attorney to have the Court appoint a Psychiatrist to do a psychiatric evaluation. This psychiatrist then can give testimony to the Court on the charges. If the psychiatrist says that he is homosexual than he is homosexual. A Homosexual according to The Oxford American Dictionary is “a person that is sexually attracted to people of one’s own sex.” The proof of this by the psychiatrist for the court are a Psycho-Sexual History, MMPI, Social History, Handwriting Analysis, and interviews with cour personnel on/about his sexual relations with his wife. Then after this the judge renders a decision and will usually order the offender to have continued psychiatric care at a facility directed by the court. At least this is how it is done under CA Law. After all this he would then be brought before the Senate for an Ethics Hearing and could also stand for a hearing as to his Professional Conduct if he is a Lawyer or any type of Professional in his State. That is the way it is. If Private Citizens are accountable for their wrong doings than why shouldn’t Members of Congress be held liable for their wrong doings. Nationally elected officials such as the President have declarative rights against this type of wrong doing or accusation because of their Protection Agreement. Sometimes the Secret Service analyzes I think the handwriting of the President just to protect him. Handwriting Analysis can tell whether a person is homosexual or if that Person is a Latent Homosexual. The trials on TV by senator Craig t say whether he is not or is homosexual to sway public opinion might maybe make the Senator a very dangerous person and maybe a threat to American Society and to the people that he represents.
