RELUME
what happened through a mix of input, practice and insight: we posed some inquiries focusing on ‘certainty’, ‘awareness’, ‘impermanence’ and ‘meaning’ in leading others through impermanence, uncertainty and ambiguity
we shared our experience of working with Private Logic and Heron’s Six Category Interventions as tools in 1:1 work
we gave them time to reflect on their experience and learning
RELUME
the result Relume was been invited back to develop this module in smaller groups within the organisation Working with the concept of impermanence inside change processes liberated energy and provided a new commitment to lead change through relationships and with what is present rather than over-relying on a process driven project management approach
