the organizational challenge One-day module for 45 Global HR Directors focussing on change at an individual level, tools and approaches that help people work more effectively with complex and ongoing organisational change

We distinguished the types of change individuals normally face – awareness, technical and interpersonal skills, behaviour, energy, presence, beliefs/values/mindset We Introduced some new thinking about the term ‘change’ We Introduced ‘impermanence’ as the natural underlying phenomenon that leads us to manage change

RELUME

what happened through a mix of input, practice and insight:  we posed some inquiries focusing on ‘certainty’, ‘awareness’, ‘impermanence’ and ‘meaning’ in leading others through impermanence, uncertainty and ambiguity

 we shared our experience of working with Private Logic and Heron’s Six Category Interventions as tools in 1:1 work

 we gave them time to reflect on their experience and learning

the result Relume was been invited back to develop this module in smaller groups within the organisation Working with the concept of impermanence inside change processes liberated energy and provided a new commitment to lead change through relationships and with what is present rather than over-relying on a process driven project management approach
