WHAT IS A GOOD TESCHER? What constitutes a good teacher is the ability to transmit knowledge that the learner needs in order to defend himself in life ,therefore, the one who use several ways( different strategies if needed) to help the learner to arrive to that learning. Helping learners as a way of enabling their capabilities is not an easy job but I think that is very reconforting to help them grow as human beings, taking into account that they are unique and different of each other. All in all, a good teacher is the one who never forget that learners acquire “ hidden” attitudes , which are very important, such as moral and values. =============================== After seen” MACHUCA” ( focused on the Head teacher character)I woul say that he foster unity. It is important to be prepared to teach not only in difficult circumstances( in this case ,a civil war)but also to offer the same opportunities to learners that come from different and contrasting realities ( background). The Head teacher transmits many things, he is an example to them in many ways and what is interesting is that learners like and appreciate when they see a teacher who enjoy and have fun at the same time they are teaching.
