The Treaty This agreement states the rules between vampire & werewolf. There shall be no biting of humans, and no killing of vampires. Instead, there shall be peace. If there is a human who wishes to be a vampire, the human can if a werewolf participating in this treaty agrees that he/she can. Vampires can not pass the treaty line to La Push, and werewolves may not hurt vampires on the other side of the line. Entries for rules: 1. They shall be friends, not enemies. 2. Jacob Black may tear apart Edward Cullen’s head. 3. Edward Cullen may bite Jacob
