Request to remove Late and Premium Charges

Respected Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice that I have been (Mrs. Shaheena Waseem) working in (Motor Claim Department) Adamjee Insurance since 20 years. I am customer of Standard Chartered Bank and making you payment of my vehicle which has Loan Account no:A051031044L and Relationship no: 000215421 as installment on 10th of every month which is already in your knowledge. Actually sir, I inquired my principal amount of Rupees 84,865/= from Customer Service Branch Al-rahim Tower and 18th installment are left to pay out, but they told me that installment late charges are 15,657/= however I always inform to Mr. Amir , Salman, Ghani and Hassan that i have a claim in the month of November with RG NO:AKK556 and this was settled in the month of February but I have informed Mr Hassan that when you will settle my claim then I will make payment to you. That’s why; they allowed me to make payment from 10th to 20th date of the month. So, every installment is paid by me within the given date. Secondly your policy has been transferred to EFU Central Division without inform me. However, my vehicle sum insured value is minimum than Adamjee policy and after transforming my policy premium carries amount of rupees 2819.25/= which is wrong and also inform Customer Service Branch about me. I humbly request to remove these charges from my schedule payment so I can easily make principal payment while you can check my record from Union bank and Shaukat Tareen had passed accommodated rate, so I shall be very thankful to you for your kindly co-opeartion with me .I hope you will consider my request and give me a positive response as soon as possible. Thanking you, Mrs. Shaheena Waseem.

Note: My registration No: AKK556 while in your records the registration number is wrongly entered with my date of Birth and regular payment is debited in my account.
