The Serpent Tattvas
(elaborations on ‘the Serpent’ incorporating Shaivism)
The One = Possibility of Awareness or Not = A(x) and/or [0] 1) Non-Being = Not =0 2) Being = Awareness of Non-Being = A(0) 3) Consciousness = ‘I ’ = Awareness of Being = A(A(0)) 4) Self = ‘ I AM’ = Awareness of Consciousness = A(A(A(0))) 5)(i) The Serpent = ‘I am That’ = Awareness of Self = A(A(A(A(0)))) (ii) “ “ = ‘I am That’ = “ “ “ (iii) “ “ = ‘I am That’ = “ “ “ 6) Maya and Kanchukas = Separation and Limitation 7) Purusha & 8) Prakriti = separate ‘I’ and ‘me in my world’ The One ┐┐┐┐┐ ┐┐┐┐┐┐┐

Comments: (a) The algebraic expressions on the right show a very neat recursive pattern with one fundamental function, awareness A(x), and one starting place – the Void. Both of these are made possible by the One. (b) I see no need for separate tattvas at tattva 5). The separate Ishvara, Sadashiva and Suddhavidya Tattvas of Shaivism are incorporated into one looping serpent 5) (i) – (iii). It is represented by one algebraic structure – there is a deep esoteric reason why exactly 4 iterations of A(x) (and no more) are needed here…(c) The following equivalences illustrate the comprehensive nature of the Serpent Tattvas – the numbers refer to the equivalent Serpent tattva(s).
