Welcome TR Superheroes

Two forces for His successful living  The person of Jesus.  The principles He set in motion. Mike Murdock calls it “Way of the Winner” Jesus wants you to win.

God the creator love to see people SUCCEED with their life.   

The artist treasures his painting. Craftsman the quality of the violin he made. Our MAKER cherishes the dreams, goals, excellence of life, and the happiness you and I are to enjoy. Winning doesn’t start around youit begins INSIDE you.

“whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8

Leadership SECRET 1 Jesus Was A Problem-Solver Everyone has problems. Your success and happiness in life depend on your willingness to help someone solve their problem. Successful people are simply problemsolvers.

Jesus had something others needed. Thousands were burdened with guilt because of their sins. Jesus offered forgiveness. Thousands were spiritually starved. He said, “ I am the Bread of Life” John 6:35 His products were boldly declared. -Eternal life. Joy. Inner peace. Forgiveness. Healing and health. Financial freedom.

What do you have to offer someone?  You are not an accident. He planned your birth. “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sactified thee, and I ordained thee” Jeremiah 1:5  Everything God created is a solution to a problem. He created you to be a solution to a problem.

What do you have to offer someone?  Think of your contribution to another as an assignment. - a lawyer is assigned to his client. - a wife is assigned to her husband. - parents are assigned to their children.  Your assignment is always to a person or a people.  Your assignment is to help others succeed.

DXN is a Helping Business… “You can have everything you want if u help enough other people get what they want” Zig Ziglar

“As long as you keep a person down, some part of you has to be down there to hold him down, so it means you cannot soar as you otherwise might.” Marian Anderson

“The goal is to enrich oneself while enriching others.” CDEBS

Action Plans…  Find those who need you and what you have to offer.  Build your life around that contribution. “Your life is a solution to someone in trouble.”

Leadership SECRET 2 Jesus Believed In His Product “Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting Life” John 4:13-14

Jesus product was eternal life…  He believed He could change the life of people.  He believed His product would satisfy people. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:27

Doubt is deadly…  Doubts are like current moving through the air. It can draw people toward you or driving people away from you.  You will never succeed in any business unless you really believe in that business.  You will never sell a product unless you really believe in that product.

Believe in your product… What makes you believe in your product? PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE  You must take time and make effort to know your product. -A lawyer must study new laws. -A doctor must keep well-read on the latest journals of the body and diseases. -A TR member knows the benefits of DXN products Don’t expect to succeed unless you are thoroughly informed about your product.

Action Plans…  How much time have you spent cultivating an awareness of your business?  How many hours each day have you invested in becoming informed?  How long will you be busy trying to “make a buck” neglecting to learn your product? Jesus was very busy. He was teaching, preaching, travelling, healing sickness, and mentoring the unlearned.

Jesus took time with His Mentor...  He always took time to get alone with His Father.  He always renew His Understanding of His purpose, His plan and His product. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4:6

Leadership SECRET 3 Jesus Never Misrepresented His Product “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you” John 14:2

Jesus talk about the total picture  He spoke to many people of the good things.  He told them the benefits of what He offered.  He talked about salvation. But He also warned them to be prepared to face their trials. He warned His disciples of: -Persecution -Afflictions -Rejections -Temptations - Failures

The price you have to pay… Listen to the apostle Paul: “Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one. Thrice I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep” 2 Corinthians 11:24-25 “In DXN the price is the daring challenge not everybody is willing to assume and commit.” CDEBS

Action plans…  Focus on the benefits that your product will offer to another person. But tell him the total picture of your product.  Focus on the advantages that your business will offer to another person. But never forget that an honest relationship is worth one hundred sales. “Your integrity will always be remembered longer than your product.”

Leadership SECRET 4 Jesus Went Where The People Were “He went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where” Luke 9:6

Jesus successes involves people…  He knows that He must go where the people were. -He went to the marketplace. -He went to the boats of fishermen. -He went to the synagogue. -He went to the homes of people. “You may be shy, timid, and even feel inadequate, but you will not succeed in life unless you are connected to people.”

Action plans…  Somebody needs you. -You must go to them.  Keep reaching others and don’t fear rejection. -Your dreams and goals are far more important than rejection.  Get out of your comfort zone. -Even Jesus left the presence of angels and His heavenly father.  Share your special skill, talent, or pertinent information to help other people grow.

Action plans…  Start your “People-List” today. -People who already know you have something they need. -People who don’t know yet you have something they need.  Go find them. Get out of your house. Get out of your car. Go to the door. Reach for your telephone.  Believe that God gave you a plan and opportunity to reach people and succeed with them.

Leadership SECRET 5 Jesus Took Time To Rest “Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while” Mark 6:31

Jesus knew the necessity of rest and recreation…  Work is giving. Rest is receiving. You must have both. -Aside from facing hundreds of people daily, He also separated Himself to receive. -He knew He could only give away that which He possessed. “Jesus understood the balance of rest and work.”

Fatigue can be costly… “A tired mind rarely makes good decisions.”  Life is demanding. People are demanding. In fact, the more you succeed, the more people will demand of you.  Work hard, but play just as enthusiastically. One bad decision can create countless tragedies.

Action plans…  Rest and recreation are not sins. -It is a repair time not a loss of productivity. -It is time for renewing. It is receiving time. -It helps release your potential.  Schedule one day a week off completely with your family.  Take time to taste the present. -The most important time of your life is NOW.

Leadership SECRET 6 Jesus Took Time To Plan “Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Habakkuk 2:2

God always honored men who planned..  Noah planned the building of the ark.  Solomon took time to plan the building of the temple.  Moses took time to plan the tabernacle. “The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine.”

Planning is the starting point for any dream or goal that you possess. Dreams gives you sense of purpose.  3% of people put their goals into writing  97% were people without written goals and are doomed to work forever for people who do have goals though they have wishes, hopes and fantasies.* *Brian Tracy Focal Point pp. 70

Action plan...  Write out your plan clearly on a sheet of paper even if: -Planning is laborious. -It is tedious. -It is meticulous. -It is grilling. -It is demanding. -It is exhausting. “Sometimes you have to do something you hate to create something you love.”

Be specific… “The greater clarity you have with regard to what you want, and what you have to do to get it, the faster you will move ahead. You will accomplish much more, and your life will be better in every area.” Brian Tracy

Action plans…  Make a list of things to do daily. -Things you want to accomplish today. -Focus your total attention on each task.  Assign each task to a specific time. -Think of each hour as an employee. -Delegate assignment to each hour. “Successes are usually scheduled events.”

Leadership SECRET 7 Jesus Knew He Did Not Have To Close Every Sale to Be Successful “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9

Jesus experienced many rejection…  Born in a stable.  Judas betrayed him but he was’nt demoralized.  He was denied three times by His closest ally, St. Peter. “Jesus was willing to experience a season of pain to create an eternity of gain. His dreams and goals last longer that rejection.”

Action plans…  Move beyond your scar. -Not everyone will celebrate with you. -Not everyone will welcome your future.  Someone needs what you have. -Your contribution is an absolute necessity for their success. -Go find those who needs you. “Rejection is not fatal. It is merely someone’s opinion.”

Jesus taught His disciple to handle rejection… “And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.” Matthew 10:14

“Most great salespeople say that knowing that fourteen out of fifteen people will say no merely inspires them to hurry and make their presentations to as many as possible, to reach that one who will accept.” -Mike Murdock

Leadership SECRET 8 Jesus Had Something Others Needed “And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for thee went virtue out of him, and healed them all.” Luke 6:19

Jesus looked for people in trouble…    

He was water to the thirsty. He was bread to the hungry. He was a road map to the lost. He was a companion to the lonely.

“Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting Life” John 4:13-14

Leadership SECRET 9 Jesus Was Concerned About People’s Finances “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

Jesus recognized the importance of money.  Jesus did not want you to worry about finances. “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you much more valuable than them.” Matthew 6:26

Jesus recognized the importance of money.  Jesus knew that God loved to give people good things. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father.” James 1:17 Money is necessary. Money is on God’s mind. It is taught about in the word of God. Twenty percent of Jesus’ teaching and conversation was about money and finances. He showed people to get ahead financially through parables. Like, The parable of the gifts-Matthew 25:14-29
