The Freedom Manifesto of the 21st Century September 11, 2009

This is a work of freedom. This is a work of silent dissent and intellectual questioning for the benefit of mankind, in fact, all of humanity. This is the voice of an open rebellion against the status quo. One voice; amongst many who ask the same questions. Liberty is endangered by both the Left and the Right. The Conservatives and Liberals are no more a reliable determinant of political power than Republicans and Democrats. This is all an illusion. The two-party system of politics is one of the reasons why freedom and civil liberties are being eroded further and further. The truth of the matter is, both parties are controlled by a group of international financiers. These financiers control the money flow of the nations that are submissive to their domination. This is called usury. The lending of money to governments through the policy of interest rates and derivative bubbles in the economy, such as the infamous dot.com bubble, and the recent housing bubble is the main cause for the recent economic collapse of society. This is one big Ponzi scheme, a pyramid scheme based on the notion that you can rob, “Peter” to pay “Paul.” The depressions are engineered. Like the two party system, a false dichotomy, this is just an illusion of choice, or of freedom. In reality, there is no distinction between the Left and the Right. That is one reason why we cannot rely on this puppetry. This is just an illusion from the reality that has been pulled over our eyes to blind us, human beings and creative individuals from expressing our true potential and power. It is well known throughout the study of “fringe” history and “fringe” science, that those who control the power of the issuance of money and the control of the media and politics. Even Amschel Rothschild admitted this fact when he stated that, “give me control of a nations money, and I care not who makes its laws.” We are at a critical stage in the 21st century. Our freedom and civil liberties are being further destroyed and eradicated by the ignoring of the constitution of the United States, which former President George W. Bush simply passed by as, “just a piece of paper.” The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the two most important statutes that govern the conduct of the United States government in relation to its people and the manner it ought to treat prisoners of war and detainees who are, “allegedly” war criminals (terrorists). Ever since September 11, 2001, and the alleged terrorists attacks on America, freedom has been equated to slavery. Through the infamous PATRIOT Acts I and II, civil liberties has been compromised for the sake of national security. Even in Canada and Britain, and Australia, the same laws have been allowed to pass, or at least very similar laws are now enforced by the police and corrupt civil servants. In 2006, the Military Commissions Acts were passed and it basically stated that a terrorist is anyone who dares to question the conduct of the United States government in its, “Long War.” “Terrorists” include environmentalists, those who ask too many questions, and the end of the due process of law itself (habeas corpus). September 11, 2001 was a great tragedy no doubt. Over 3000 or more people have died in that tragedy. Perhaps it is time that we reflect upon this moment in history, and ponder why is it that our society has become what it is. Why did we choose to go into a helpless, harmless, and

hapless, devastated, doomed, and dire Third World country like Iraq and Afghanistan to bomb over probably nearly 100 000 civilians, most of them children to death? Was it worth the price of, “revenge” for the supposed terror attack on America by supposed Arabs? I do not believe in the official story of 9/11, because it does not make any physical or forensic sense. I will not explain why I think so in this paper, but I have written a paper on Helium.com that asked whether or not Bush was complicit in the 9/11 terror attacks. You can find it under my name. We did not choose to make it this way. We simply live with it. We are told that this is the only way, the only, “successful” system of governance. We are told that globalization is the only way to a New World Order, a world, allegedly based on peace and justice. What is, then the, “New World Order?” The New World Order is the world ruled by a one world government, with its own global army, bank, religion, police force, tribunal and criminal court, taxation system and numerous “global” agencies to control every aspect of our lives. Every move will be monitored. Every inconsistency will be scrutinized with jealousy and envy. It will be a dictatorship with the Anglo-Americans at the top of the pyramid of control. It will be neither democratic nor “humanitarian.” It will be a world based on the horrific nightmare of 1984 by George Orwell and a sinister, subtle and seductive synthesis with Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. That is the, “New World Order.” Whereas long before you have the power to ask questions about great national and international tragedies, you are now censored and omitted. Whereas long before when you spoke your mind, your message is at least heard; now, dissent is intolerable. But, we have to ask ourselves still, was it worth the, “War on Terror?” A war that, despite the, “calm” rhetoric of the newly President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, supposedly was suppose to end, never did, and is still proceeding with more blood, gore, and misery in the name of “humanitarian” interests and, “civil rights.” Is this more of the same, or is it just an illusion of change? The people ought not to fear their government, government ought to fear their people. This day may not be remembered in all of history, but it is worth the effort to remember that September 11, 2001 was a wake-up call. It is our chance as a people to take up arms and revolt against our oppressive government that tolerates no dissent, who are already pre-selected long before an election even takes place. Our, “leaders” are simply, “puppets.” The real power is elsewhere, on Wall Street, in the Vatican, and the City of London. Power is administered by Washington D.C. but Washington D.C. does not have the real power. The real power is in the privately owned Central Bank of America, the Federal Reserve. All national banks and private banks are based on the use of money to make a profit, hence enslavement of the human race. This is usury, a sin in the Bible, and considered the most atrocious sin of all. Debt, interest rates, inflation, deflation, booms and busts, derivative bubbles, stock market investments, fiat money, and a system of credit that is made to fail is all part of this game plan of these private bankers and their “investors.” One may wonder, where does our modern banking system come from? The answer is simple, it came from the concept of, “fractional reserve banking.” This system is what causes debt and fiat money to emerge. This system works like this: you have a certain amount in gold and silver. You print money that is based on the value of that stock of gold and silver. But, there is a catch, you print more than the actual value of gold and silver you do have. You lend a fraction of that money out at high interest rates (which slowly trickle down to lesser amounts, but it is still interest). Once that money is lend out, the system sustains itself by more lending, and a pyramid scheme is born whereby everyone buys off a share of the debt that is to be repaid when it comes to a default time. Once the lender is in debt, the bank simply buys off all the nations or

government (in today’s case the individuals) properties, assets, and equity. This is worse than an invading army. It is very subversive and subtle form of control and coercion whereby if one does not pay off a debt, one is enslaved to the bankers still. This plan originated from certain Jews, the Rothschilds especially who literally founded Israel with Lord Balfour. The Rothschilds are also the founders of the Bank of England, which controlled all of Europe since the fall of Napoleon I when Rothschilds’ agent spread false news that Napoleon won the Battle of Waterloo, hours before the true story came out. The rest, is history. This allowed Rothschild to buy off all the stocks in the London Stock Exchange for pennies of their original worth, and basically bankrolled all of Europe. Today, the Rothschilds are very involved in the Zionist movement, the New World Order and the crush of any dissent against them. Truth ought not to fear shame nor intimidation. This work will be attacked for being, “anti-Semitic” because of the mention of Jews and Rothschilds. That is expected. No surprises. Instead of dealing with the message, the infamous Anti-Defamation League, a Zionist front organization (by both its attitude and its stated policy of defaming anyone who criticizes Israel, the holocaust, or Jews in general), the A.D.L chooses to attack the person rather than the message. This is normal. All Zionist organizations would try to discredit this necessary work of liberty and justice for their own personal gain. It is true; I do criticize Israel’s Middle East policy, Zionism in all its forms, and the holocaust. I have no regrets, and I stand innocent until proven wrong. I have already stated many of the causes of the loss of our freedoms and precious civil liberties. I have told you about the chaos after September 11, 2001. I have also told you about the War on Terror and its affect on us and our civil liberties (not just in the, “civilized” West, but throughout the world). I have also told you about the Rothschilds and the role of the international bankers and financiers in the game to enslave us all, debt. I have noted particularly the role of money and power in the introduction of this Manifesto. I also criticized Israel and the United States in particular. This is the beginning of the New Manifesto of Freedom, Liberty and Justice in the 21st Century. This is already a century plagued by war, terror, and chaos. It is time that we forge a new path for ourselves and future generations so that no such New World Order comes about. We need to find a rational means to live in peace. This is by no means the absolute manifesto of liberty, but it is a start. I.

We ought to form a Constitutional Republic, one that is enforceable and will not be corrupted by the tyranny of the majority: democracy. Democracy is rule by majority. Instead, we ought to live by certain principles that is declared in the United States Bill of Rights. These are: The United States Bill of Rights. The Ten Original Amendments to the Constitution of the United States Passed by Congress September 25, 1789 Ratified December 15, 1791 I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. II A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. III No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and

X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. The above forms the backbone of this Manifesto. In addition, the government has the right to issue its own currency, backed by silver and gold. In no circumstances can the government abandon this principle. The Congress, like the United States Congress shall have these powers:

In addition, Congress shall have the power to stop the threat of Copyright Law. Copyright is a sin. It prevents the spread of knowledge, information, wisdom and understanding. It prevents novelty, innovation at the expense of individual liberty. Under no circumstances would Copyright ever be an issue. Copyright also protects Big Business and Corporations. Corporations shall have to tolerate this law or risk having no business. The spread of knowledge comes above national security and the security of rich, corporate powers. Corporations are not people, and as such, should not be allowed to have the same rights as a human being. A corporation, foundation, institution, or order that is approved by the state must pay taxes, tell the state where it spent its money, and be transparent in all its activity, including membership lists. If they do not meet these strict criteria, they shall be banned from the nation. Under no circumstances would the state “bailout” failed companies, corporations or institutions, no matter the circumstances. This is a free-market economy, and as such, bailouts are unacceptable Usury is a sin and prohibited and forbidden. The lending of money at interest is not only a Biblical sin; it is a form of economic enslavement as there is no way to pay off such debts. Through inflation, then deflation, with a combination of derivative bubbles (gambling, casino economics), all economies would fail should they ever fall into the hands of bankers, private and central. Banks and bankers are forbidden. Secret Societies are forbidden. No blood oaths, no death cults that seek to subvert the state Psychedelic drugs are permitted. Alcohol and smoking and such are also allowed (although not recommended, it is unenforceable, and as such, will not and can not be enforced) The right to bear arms shall be protected under all circumstances The right to property is necessary, it is both acknowledged and respected by everyone Regardless of color, sex, or creed, religion, class or ability, everyone has the right to office, elections, and committee powers

The Relationship between People & Government: • Every six months, there is an election, and those who wish to run for office may do so • The office consists of 33 members, with 11 being the main commissioners of the government who decides and critiques on policy • When a crises emerges, there is vote by referendum by all levels of the government and the public itself. There is a small commission of 12 individuals who makes sure that the final outcome preserves the constitutional republic and its amendments, even in times of war. • A judicial body of 13 shall have the power to veto it should it violate the constitution • A senate body of 23 shall have the power to examine and veto a bill if it too violates the constitution • Congress shall uphold the principles of the constitution, and ensure that its members in the executive, legislative and judicial branch do not become corrupted by the lure of power • Impeachments shall occur should there be corruption in office (regardless how small or big) • A council known as the Watchers (3) shall keep watch on the commission that is the main governing body. There is another higher body of one individual (The Eye) who watches the watchers, and ensures that they are not corrupted by power and the ability to influence. The Watchers are permanent members, except under the circumstance that one, two or all three are discovered to be corrupt. The Eye can be overthrown by the people anytime should they find that his job is unsatisfactory. The Eye and the Watchers are well-trained wise elders who have been entrusted with power and privilege many times and have proven throughout their life their dedication to the preservation of freedom and liberty, as well as peace. New Watchers and the Eye are chosen from amongst the people and reviewed by the Senate, Judges, Congress, and the Commissioning Body (Executive) before taking office. Every aspect of their life is examined before taking office. All swearing-in oaths are public, and the minutes are recorded and given out to the public freely of charge. • Every member shall submit a letter with reasons why they want to serve in the civil service along with reliable referrals (no family members) who also write letters of recommendation (at least 11) • They should match the minimum requirements for civil service (at least 18 years of age), have a job, knows someone whom worked in civil service, studied politics, law, philosophy, esoteric, occult, and sciences • Number of Parties in Senate: Infinite • Number of representatives allowed in the Senate: 999, with 2/3 majority, another body watches the Senate composed of loyal individuals who are trusted with the constitution, this applies to all governing bodies • Congressional members number 1111 • Judicial members number 33 from a variety of political parties, platforms and belief systems, even the most extreme Left and Right parties (fascists, communists, socialists, humanists, environmentalists, anarchists)

All members of government are tested before an examination that takes at least 3 years preparation (through both experience and theory), that proves that they are capable of civil service and serving the best interests of domestic and foreign policy. • All members of Congress, the Governing Commission, The Eye, The Watchers, Justice, Defence. Executive, Senatorial, Legislative are required to write honest reports of their conduct to their constituents regarding their policies and their reasons for doing so. All such information are public domain (no copyright laws exist). XII. The Freedom of Speech (even the most obscene, racist, absurd, sexist, ignorant, naive, hateful, hurtful, indiscriminate, incriminating, sceptical) are protected, there is no law against, “hate crime.” No such notion could exist if free speech is protected under any and all circumstances (even ones that compromise “national security”). There are no such things as, “Free Speech Zones.” That idea is nonsense. XIII. The Freedom of Press is acknowledged and respected in that everyone and anyone can set up a printing press, a radio syndicate, a television program, or publishing house without ever being stopped no matter how much they might offend the Big Business interests. XIV. The concept of Income Tax is this: If you own a corporation and your corporation makes profit off selling a product or service, then you will have to pay most to all of the taxes of the common worker for the services that is provided to the country (5 – 90% tax rate, depending on size of company, very little tax for new businesses and local businesses). The common worker needs not pay a single nickel in taxes because his labour is appreciated and respected by the state. Under no circumstances would this law be contravened for the interests of multinational corporations and their partners. XV. There will be a high tariff and duty rate between countries. Globalization is NOT the only way to economic success and prosperity. The duties and tariffs range from 20 – 50% of the original goods sale price elsewhere). XVI. Big businesses and corporations are watched by a commission of citizens who rotate on a monthly basis throughout the state. They are known as the Foundation for Corporate Responsibility. Each multinational corporation, its CEO, head officials and financiers, investors, and consumers as well as partners shall meet up in the capitol once every 3 months to report on their activities, profit, taxes, anomalies in taxes, an audit, interviews, and hearings that will ensure that they serve the interests of the nation-state, not themselves. Once again, no tax-exempt foundations, corporations or institutions are tolerated. One misreport or misleading attempt to serve themselves, they will be exiled from the nation, or suffer bankruptcy (no bailouts). XVII. The richest anyone can have in assets, property, and investments is 1 Billion dollars, only 1 person can have this much in assets at anytime. The next limit is 500 Million mark, only 1 person may achieve this status in terms of financial power. Those who are in the 10 Million to 100 Million range are 5 in total. Those who only have 1 million to 9.9 Million are the rest of the population. This includes the state, defence, civil service, law and order, social welfare, trade and commerce, education, environment, administration, and research citizens. In essence, people have lots of money (no income taxes, self-sufficient economy,

intelligent, well-informed, have their own businesses, own media and communications). This system ought to be enforced by the people for their own interests if they do not wish to be owned by corporations and financiers. Multinational corporations can come and go as they wish, but if they wish to stay they must abide by the laws of taxation in this state. Regarding secret technologies such as Star Gates, Acoustic Weapons, Laser Weapons, Heat Weapons, Cyber warfare, space technology, anti-gravity, time travel, Psychic Weapons and such: They are affordable by everyone for selfdefence and “research” (not on humans) purposes only. Everyone can become a soldier or a citizen militia. Private mercenary companies are usually not associated with the common citizen, and if they do, they must abide by the same laws as multinational corporations, and follow human right laws and the first 10 Amendments of the United States. They must be accountable and questioned every 3 months on Capitol Hill for their conducts and plans, any progress, approvals, and referendums. Also, whether or not they get fiscally supported and approved to stay depends on their behaviour over 100 years in the country. Vaccines are optional if one wants them, but not recommended (unenforceable). Under no circumstances would the state (Judicial, Governing Commission, Senate, Congress, The Eye, or the The Watchers) by unavailable to be questioned or be unavailable to provide information for citizens who ask for documents of national security, or, “national secrets.” They ought to have the right to access provided they can provide the proof of citizenship. Regarding Pensions and Retirement Funds: all are optional, but are saved up by order of the government for your benefit, under no circumstances would these two principles be abandoned. XXVII. Not everyone is required to work by law (which is socialism  communism), people can spend time at home if they feel like it to do personal research that helps them and the common people (everyone, the common good) XXVIII.A variety of political parties are tolerated, provided that they do not use violence to gain power or try to gain power, or CONSPIRACY (Nazis, Communists, Socialists, Zionists) XXIX. When multinational corporations meet up with the government on Capitol Hill, they must be separated from each other and not collaborate in anyway. Three weeks prior to the annual 3 month reviews and criticisms, the CEOs will not be allowed to meet each other under any and all circumstances. The leading investors and stockholders of each corporation will not be allowed to meet up with each other. This is done for national security interests to prevent corporations from conspiring against a free and civil society. If information, any information is discovered that these corporations are sharing a common goal that is subversive to the state and the people’s interests, that corporation and its associate, subsidiaries will be exiled from the country; PERMANENTLY. One strike, you are OUT. XXX. Every corporation, order, institution, think-tank, and foundation are provided with these warnings, rules, and laws. They are to be warned before signing the contract to be part of a country that they obey that country’s laws and obligations. One strike and those irresponsible, unaccountable and ill-repudiated companies will be banned, permanently. Its CEOs, co-conspirators and everyone whose implicated to be implicit in such a crime are to be tried before a special tribunal that decides their charge. The law of habeas corpus applies to these corporations CEOs and their partners. They are innocent until proven guilty, but the corporation itself is guilty and will not be allowed to be set up again (if innocent) until the CEO files for bankruptcy protection and lives within the less than 500 Thousand dollar range. The company itself shall still be banned, then rebuilt only after 3 months probation for the CEO and his or her cohorts, should they be found to be innocent of all charges. The jurors are 12 in number, are neutral, and have nothing to gain by doing so, other than to serve the public, natural, common good. will be permanently stripped of their wealth, and have no bankruptcy protection. Their company will be allowed to fail. XXXI. Nobody is required to serve the army, it is optional. No conscription. Ever. XXXII.In regards to science and society: • The “scientific method” ought to be followed • If assumptions are wrong, they ought to be discontinued and new theories has to be made • Theories ought to be compatible with practice • Pragmatic philosophy of science that teaches both reality in the subjective and objective world of scientific inquiry • Progress must be made following the scientific process • Every questions is permitted, even the most absurd and, “insane” such as the study of psychedelic drugs, emotional energy, psychic powers, crystal energy, chakra systems, quantum energy, dark energy, other dimensions, spiritual powers, “bending,” esoteric subjects, magick, sigils, runes, and necromancy amongst others • Scepticism to everything, even the most certain beliefs and values • All information must be available to the public domain • Scientific research is funded by the state/society through the riches of the corporations that pay income tax to the state/society • Science is used for the benefit of society, to advance spiritually and materially in a moral, altruistic manner that is respectable to nature, humanity and the universe XXXIII.The goal of such a society is enlightenment, liberation, and freedom from the

At the same time, the principles of the Constitutional Republic must be held, at all costs, the risk of National Security is worth it. Personal Note to Readers: I personally believe the principles of the Constitution are more important than the many referendums that votes that are held. This is because without those principles, it would be impossible to have or enjoy any of the rights and privileges that so many would enjoy if such a society does exist. I do not believe that any society can be perfect, but it can certainly be much more improved or, better than the one we have today. In order for such a utopia (by following this Manifesto) to exist, there must be some level of trust, and a will to compromise (unfortunately it is governments, as well as the common person and the corporations). The three main aspects of any society: corporations, government, and citizens all have responsibilities if they want to enjoy their freedoms. This tripartite is also known as the public-private partnership. This is a different form whereby it is not a partnership but a system of checks and balances, hence, a Constitutional Republic, with many more layers of public security and public scrutiny. Only a transparent, open, and honest government can exist if and only if the people are also honest and caring with themselves and each other.

I acknowledge the fact that no such utopia exist, and my version of such a society may be flawed in more ways than I imagine right now, if so, please notify me and comment. I am neither an anarchist nor a conservative, liberal, Republican nor Democrat, I am simply the author of this Manifesto. I am neither an atheist nor a theist. I am a Gnostic. I believe in God, but I believe God is in each one of us. We are the creators of our own reality, we are a part of the creation process as well, fractals of God, and that our attitudes are everything. Perfection is not the goal of life, but enlightenment is. This Manifesto of Freedom for the 21st Century is now complete. It is against my interest to hold copyright over this work, therefore, I consider it to be public domain once published.
