The district town planner, Sonepat
Sub: information regarding letter no. 32841 and RLI-77/924 Sir, You are requested to send me following information under RTI act as instructed by Estate officer , HUDA Sonepat vide their memo no. 7913 dt. 2/7/09. We have already deposit rs 50 fee in officeof Administrator, HUDA, rohtak. Have you any demand for deposit of CLU fees in amount against your letter 32841 dt 23.10.74.
In my reference letter dt. 12.2.77 (for deposit of CLU fees) you have issued a letter no. RIL -77/924 dt. 13.4.77 regarding deposit of CLU fees before or on 25.4.77 but you have not mentiones the amount of CLU fees but feees was not deposited as amount to be deposited was unknown. We have not received any letter for CLU fees till date. Our case is pending for CLU fees. Following information is required against RTTI act. What is the status of this land today?
