TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I write to confirm that Mr. KWADWO GYAKYE is an employee of the above mentioned scheme. Mr. GYAKYE who is the Public Relations Officer joined the scheme since July 2006 after going through the civil servant employment procedures of the Government of Ghana. He is on a monthly salary of four hundred and forty one Ghana Cedis fourteen pesewas (GH¢441.14) as gross salary from National Health Insurance Authority excluding allowances of two hundred and sixty four Ghana Cedis sixty eight pesewas (GH¢264.68) from the Board of Trustee of the above scheme. The Board is aware that Mr.Gyakye is been accepted on 16months Masters Foundation Programme/Masters of Business Administration at the London School of Commerce Chaucer House, White Hart Yard London –SE1 1NX, UK. Considering his dedication, commitment and contribution to the scheme, the Board and Management have agreed to reserve his position until he graduates from this course.
