Khandker Corporation, Dhaka Merchandise Manager (April 1993 – January 1994) Supervised several knit fabric manufacturing plants in Tirupur, South India and performed preshipment quality checks of fabrics destined for Bangladesh. Performed duties of a garment buying house including communication with buyers, receiving purchase orders, sample approval, allocation of orders to different garment factories, control of production and quality according to the specification of buyers and shipment of garments to USA or EU. 4.
