Possible Bruey in L Subclavian, none in the R Subclavian, L Carotid, R Carotid 3. Indicative of possible Bruey, suggest atherosclerosis e. Maigne’s Position i. Head Rotated & Extended to the ipsilateral side ii. Give point to focus on for approximately 30 seconds iii. Ask if there is any dizziness or nausea iv. Symptoms of VBAI (5 Ds & 3 Ns) 1. Dizziness 2. Disartheria 3. Disphagia 4. Diplopia 5. Drop Attack 6. Nausea 7. Nystagmus (twitching in the same way) 8. Numbness
