tech requirements … To make sure that we have full details of your technical requirements, please complete the form below and return it via email ASAP. We realise that some groups have already given us this information, but we are asking everyone even if you have already done this to make sure that we have the information in a similar format. It is very easy for requests to get lost in an email. Name of Performing Group: ....................................................................................... Unless otherwise requested, you will be given a basic colour wash without mics. Please make sure that you arrive with an accurate cue sheet for both basic lighting and sound. Sound should be on either Mini Disk or CD. It is advisable to have a back up with you. You will have access to six lapel mics and two hand held radio mics. There is also an electric piano. Please remember that you are basically performing in a tent, in a field and facilities are very limited. We will do as much as we can to help meet your requirements but they must be realistic. If you have props, costumes etc that you need to unload you will need a Vehicle Pass to bring your vehicle on site. You must do this in advance as it cannot be arranged on the day. Once you have unloaded, your vehicle must return to the public car park. Traffic movement on the site is strictly limited and not always possible.
