Second Schools for Schools Dodgeball Tournament Team Registration Form • Fill out this form and return it to Kyree Jones or Amy Livingston or bring it on the day of the tournament! • You may have 6-7 players on your team and the price is $7 per player. You will only have to pay $6 if you hand in this form with your payment by Tuesday March 31st. Who: This is an open event. High school students are invited to sign up for the tournament but everyone is welcome to come and watch. What: The Second Schools for Schools Dodgeball Tournament at Park Where: The Park School Athletic Center 2425 Old Court Road, Baltimore MD 21208 When: 12pm-3pm Teams should arrive by 11:30 to complete registration. Why: The event was a huge success the first time and it is going to be even better this year. In addition, all the money raised at this event will be sent to help rebuild a war-torn school in Northern Uganda through Invisible Children’s Schools for Schools program.
