OBJECTIVES Our Strategic Team Building and Leadership Programme will present skills that are fun to learn, easy to apply, and will help you and your group form a high maturity team, equipped to handle and solve internal organizational problems collectively. The objectives of this programme are:

To provide an opportunity for self reflection on the importance of positive mental attitudes To initiate the application of the concept of possibility thinkers To provide an opportunity to experience performing team formation – Tuck Man Model To provide and understanding of what makes an effective team Internalizing the important of visionary leaders (mission, vision and goals) To give a hands of experience on SWOT and competitive forces anticipatory leadership application To understanding anticipatory, entrepreneur and situational leadership Applying leadership skills base on situational analysis To provide a better understanding of a paradigm shift (Thinking Out Of Box) To learn and practice skills for success in interactions, including how-to respecting others, listening and empathizing with others and generally the basics on how people work and bond well together

SPEAKER PROFILE Mr. Mohd Nizam Shariff Mr. Mohd Nizam holds a degree in Business Administration and he has been working as a consultant for 7 years. Prior to that, he has been working with various multi national companies where his last position was Group Manager. He had 15 years of experienced in Japanese & American Culture Company. Throughout those years he worked in Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Training Department. Mr. Mohd Nizam has conducted many training sessions prior to In Smart incorporation. He was a freelance consultant for Progeny Training and Consultancy, First Brick Sdn Bhd, Prima Link Training & Consultancy, ICBA Training & Consultancy. Mr. Mohd Nizam has facilitated programs such as 7 habits through team building, building high performing team, established managers and supervisors development and training program, corporate war game and etc for private and government organizations such as HICOM HONDA, TORAY & PEN group of company, SUMITOMO GROUP OF COMPANIES, Flextronics, Sanshin, Kem Kewangan Putrajaya, Malaysian Mining Corporation, Jabatan Bekalan Air Kedah, Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Prai, MODENAS, DHL and etc. Mr. Nizam writes and speaks fluently in English and Bahasa and a certified trainer for 7 habits of highly effective people. Having good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels and has excellent presentation skills in articulate thing in the way easily understand by his participants. Mr. Nizam believes that for anyone to progress in their lives and work, it starts from the heart. Where the heart is, progress will soar in infinity. Mr Nizam brings with him a multi-disciplinary approach towards human development through real life experiences. Starting from his "hands-on" experience, he expertly weaves in the new knowledgedriven paradigms to enable participants to appreciate why these techniques are so important in helping companies to compete globally.
