Servicing and Maintenance

Course Description: Servicing and Maintenance is a flexible, modular course which can be expanded with lab and reading assignments, if desired. Students learn what a PC is, how it works and the operating systems that control it. They also learn about components that make up a PC, take measurements using a digital multimeter, develop a mastery of the newest operating systems and learn basic system servicing. The course supports the latest CompTIA A+ Certification objectives, ensuring your students learn the most essential industry material. Course Objective: In today’s technology-driven world there is an increasing demand for qualified, experienced computer technicians. With this Servicing and Maintenance course, we can prepare our students to meet this demand, as well as provide a comprehensive introduction to the world of PC technology.
