C.M. No. __________/2002 In Crl. Appeal No. 270-L/2001 Tanveer Hussain alias Papu Shah
Vs.
The State
Respectfully Sheweth: 1.
That the above-captioned appeal was filed before this Hon’ble Court which is still pending adjudication.
2.
That along-with appeal, a C.M. was also moved for dispensation of the certified copies of the Annexes.
3.
That in fact all the Annexes are certified copies and as such the said C.M. was not required to be filed, the same, being infructous, is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.
4.
That even otherwise the original file of the case along-with police file has already been summoned. Wherefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the application for dispensation of the certified copies as withdrawn. Humble Petitioner/Appellant
