Good Morning and Welcome to the first ever broadcast of Take A Break With Billy. The show about the topical discussions and about the world we live in. We will be discussing a whole range of different topics from Brexit all the way to should cyclists and horse riders wear hi-vis jackets that say ‘POLITE’ on the back of them which people would mistake for ‘POLICE’. So, we are going to crack on with today’s with our first topic that we will be discussing changing the legal voting age to 16 instead of 18. Some people have many different views on this topical subject. This campaign for votes to be lowered to the ages of 16 since 2017. Some people, especially young people are saying that votes at 16 should be allowed due to the fact that essentially it is our future that is being voted on and why shouldn’t we be allowed to vote so by being allowed to vote, it allows 16 and 17 year olds to be able to make influential decisions that affect their lives. It also allows to be able to bring back equality between 16 and 17 year olds. However some of the public say why should they have a vote. They shouldn’t be allowed to vote because actually they don't know anything about the

political systems. So Bradley, Lucy what do we think? Bradley, Lucy and Presenter have in depth conversation regarding votes at 16 Presenter: A quick question before we go off air, should students have to wear school uniform even though studies show that students learn better and take in information when they are learning in their own clothes.
