Current Global Realities With the improvements in technologies and services provided to and by the corporate sector, it is now possible for every country to come up with more and more entrepreneurs and to impact the economy of their nations. Majority of western countries are still fighting with mindsets of the people towards developing entre-

preneurship skills among them. Recent survey conducted by AIESEC says that more than 70 % of the European population wants to be in service sector and prefers to do a job instead of starting a business of their own. China, being an aggressive market capturer has shifted up its economy curve steeply by providing

government policies for its entrepreneurs to go global. International understanding and growing leadership qualities have made them competitive enough to rule the International Market.

The Project Flow into groups of 6 individuals in a team. These teams will then be allotted their schools and colleges. One School/College per week per team. These teams will take sessions with a pre decided agenda which will be designed according to the school’s preferences. These people will stay in the school/college premises for a period of one week and will take mentorship sessions for students, More than 150 Internationals work in Jaipur through us every year.

The events and activities Global Village:

Global Village: One place to meet extreme diversities. Diverse cultures, their traditional foods, costumes, stories, etc.

Global Village is a completely international event organized by the international people coming to Jaipur. This event will be organized for the first time in India (After International Conference 2005, Agra). It will be an international mela where the international people will represent their country with their country presentations, culture, costumes, food and drinks. The main aim of this event is to promote cul-

tural sensitivity and to break public’s mindsets about internationalism and to discourage Brain Drain.

tries, we will take maximum use of the AIESEC’s international exchange programmes. Here, in this project we have already got support from more than 15 countries. We are expecting around 50 different countries to provide us with their young expert in the field of Leadership, internationalism, entrepreneurship, management, etc…

So we will act as a platform between you and these internationals. And we will be ensuring this platform to provide maximum learning for the students and these internationals. We will be taking care of all the legalities and processes (organization and arrangement of logistics including) to make the project, a success for you and us.
