Reference values from the Bundesamt für Statistik would suggest a median salary of 65kCHF for the age group of 25-35 and 92kCHF for the age group of 35-50 already only taking into account levels 1+2 from 4 levels of job requirements. In these age groups, the survey population is significantly above these values At the same time the results for the age groups above 50 are considerably below the reference values In evaluating the results of this survey, this bias in gross salary needs to be taken into account
