Sura: Al-Maaida Ayat no 4

They ask you as to what is allowed to them. Say: The good things are allowed to you, and what you have taught the beasts and birds of prey, training them to hunt-- you teach them of what Allah has taught you-- so eat of that which they catch for you and mention the name of Allah over it; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is swift in reckoning. M Shakir's Quran Translation

Islamic Dietary System Allah tells us that he has made all the good things permitted for us. Islamic Dietary system is infallible. Allah has laid down the rules that are best for us. Other than the teachings given to us in the holy Quran there are many teachings that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught to us. If we examine those, then we find hidden secrets in them as well. What is good of us is permitted for us. What is harmful for us is made prohibited for us. We are told not to be excessive in drink (SURAH AA’RAF 7:31). A workshop of thirty days in Ramadan is scheduled for us that have many medical benefits for us. Ayaats having the similar message: Surah Baqarah 2:172, Surah Maida 5:5, Surah Maida 5:87, Surah Maida 5:88,Surah Aa’raf 7:32, Surah Aa’raf 7:157, Surah Aa’raf 7:160, Surah Anfaal 8:26, Surah Younus 10:93, Surah Nahl 16:72, Surah Israa 17:70, Surah Taha 20:81, Surah Mominun 23:51, Surah Ghafir 40:64, Surah Jasiya 45:16.
