My Company is a fully BEE company and a buyer of 20hacters and 90hacters of farms in Boschoek. And we are bringing developments to Boschoek guaranteed. Our proposal is to go into joint ventures with other land owners and make Boschoek a hub of development and Growth in the Rustenburg / Bojanala District. HISTORY The Boschoek-Rasimone Development plan, it is also on the IDP (Intergrated Development Plan) of Rustenburg Municipality. There are areas of Development that are feasible and very late on schedule according to the Municipality. The Government will continue to develop areas which are on state land, but also will bring services on other setlements that are being erected outside the scope of developments and budget of the municipality or Provincial gov."This means that the goverment will quickly respond to demands created by the market forces" the demand for development of land and areas is selfdriven iniative or private land owners can initiate a land development program that can be incorporated by the municipality when the move is being created on the identified area for services.

BACKGROUND Boschoek-Rasimone program plan is to implement urban design concepts and strategies to maximise intergration of the bafokeng road/transit service with the communities that it will serve. The Bafokeng Road is being approved and construction was supposed to start on august, it is now being delayed until november this year. COMMUNITY VISION The Bafokeng along the road in Boschoek are bringing in their part of land commercial developments, that would include a major grocery market, filling stations, restaurants condominiums and retail outlets. The community expressed that surrounding area BoschoekRasimone has a tremendous potential to become a major neighborhood or commercial centre.

AREA CONTEX Boschoek has a tremendous growth beyond our imagination. It is the only place available near Rustenburg and Sun City that has the potential to absorb the land and housing shortages in Mogwase and Rustenburg. We have conducted a study for the demand of multi family housing and units of single family homes in Rasimone Mine, Mogwase, Sun City, Ledig, Rustenburg, George Stegman Hospital and Here in Boschoek..

THE BAFOKENG NEGATIVE IMPACT The Bafokeng road will impact negatively to all the businesses in Boschoek, as their strategy of planning is to divert traffic flow to their businesses that will be erected along their road. The Bafokeng strategy is to kill Boschoek economically and make Boschoek a Ghost Town. Once they have their ghost town then buy it years later for next to nothing. THE POSITIVE IMPACT

Boschoek Prime land owners can only counter the Bafokeng plan by agreeing to develop Boschoek and Make Boschoek work. The demand will always exceed the supply for houses and sites.
