Sue’s newsletter Aug 2009

This July we had a local community outreaching project in a church in HK. About 50 youngsters (aged 12 to 20) participated. In ten days, we had witnessed to more than 200 people, 20plus received Christ! the background picture was taken while I was conducting training for them. Though they are young, they are very courageous when go witnessing. I was encouraged by them, and become younger! ^__^

“Sue, we shared gospel to a midmid-aged man. He asked lots of questions!” Two young students (aged about 14) said to me. “What did he ask?” “He challenged us that how we can prove the existence of God.” “So what did you say?” “We asked him whether he had seen the wind.” I see this new generation who continues the Great Commissions, I find it more excited than only myself winning many people to Christ !

“Hello! Guess who is speaking?…it’s from Israel…” m o r f l l a are you Mr. Xue ?” A Phone c “ You still remember my name! I have been longing to“???sayMmm…Oh! thank you to you for you and the Lai’s came to visit me when I had the accident in Israel.” I remembered that time I could only hold his hands, prayed for him and comforted him, tried to understand what he needed and asked Rev Lai to tell the doctor in Hebrews…I almost fell into tears when I heard how he then received Christ, his testimony. In fact after I left Israel, I could only remember him in my prayers, never thinking that after four years would receive his call and thank you. Now he is still staying in the hospital in Israel as the lawsuit of his accident has not yet done. His wife and daughter are in mainland, unable to come. I promised that I would share his story in public and ask for prayers. Will you pray for him now? Thanks!

In 2005, Xue came all the way from mainland China to Israel and worked in a construction site. One day he had an accident – he fell off from the fourth floor to the ground … we came to visit him ( I was doing my internship there) …finally he became a Christian…For the details of his testimony, please visit http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&u=http://shengdixin g.blogspot.com/2009/01/blog-post_6142.html) Have a heart to GIVE?
