Solidarity tip: Get in touch with other organizations that share your concerns. They may already have great posters. making an impression in the media. To be successful you need to think ahead. Inform the media about an upcoming eve nt; don’t wait until after the fac t. To let people know about you r ideas, you could send an e-m ail to readers or join an on-line discussion forum or Web log.

Broadcast a RadioActive show! Some schools have a student radio station. Why not be a guest on one of their shows? It’s a good idea to get prepared and meet the show’s host before an

on-air interview. Ask the host what type of questions you’ll be asked. Or, even better, storm the radio waves with your own Radio-Active show!
