Struktur Kebahasaan Annoucement Text (Generic Structure of Announcement Text) Sama seperti jenis teks lainnya, Announcement Text pun memiliki struktur kebahasaan (Generic Structure) sebagai berikut: 1. Title Title atau judul merupakan gaian terpenting dalam pengumuman karena bagian ini dapat mewakili informasi yang terkandung dalam teks. Akan tetapi, judul atau title ini sering disebutkan dengan tidak jelas. 2. Explanation Explanation atau penjelasan merupakan bagian selanjutnya yang berisikan penjelasan lebih lanjut mengenai pengumuman tersebut. Bagian ini berisikan penjabaran mengenai informasi yang disampaikan kepada khalayak ramai. Penjabaran tersebut biasanya terdiri dari hal dasar, seperti jenis kegiatan, waktu dan tempat kegiatan, peserta kegiatan, dan hal lainnya. Bagian penjelasan ata explanation ini ditulis dengan singkat dan jelas sehingga dapat dengan mudah dibaca dan dimengerti oleh masyarakat.
