12/12/2006 I attended an appointment in Jef. City. I have had this appointment scheduled for over a month. I had left early fore I would bee able to stop by my daughter’s to visit before my appointment. “My appointment was at 4:00 PM”. When I returned, I noticed that things were not right. As I looked through my house, there were a lot of things “moved” (“NOT AS I LEFT THEM”). As I picked up items that was thorn around, evidently they were looking for something in particular. I had started compiling a list of items that could not bee accounted for. With all of my record’s strung out on the floor I initiated putting them in order, as I was picking them up. As I did this I noticed that there were cretin sections missing, especially 2003 LOGS. It “ALMOST” appeared as if they knew were to look. There was #1 one ½ inch veriable speed drill. #2 ONE MISMATCHED SET OF DRILL BITS “80 PIECE“ #3 ONE BELT SANDER craftsman #4 One craftsman cutting torch not the tanks #5 two long handled, square tip shovels #6 two long handled, round tip shovels #7 one large “ALUMINUM” scoop shovel (CORN or SCOOP) #8 one (not activated) cell phone. #9 one airbrush – paint gun #10 one ”brad” nail gun air #11 one (SMALL) craftsman 12” chain saw. #12 papers & records “ALL-7/03 LOGS” EXCEPT for the logs I had in my day planner for the first ten days, or so, of July.
