La ‘Barba di Giove’ was a perfect place to stay with our two daughters. We enjoyed the comfort of the lodging and it was so great to take our meals on a terrasse surrounded by a beautiful garden. We would like to express our profound gratitude to all members of the Parente family. You assisted whenever needed while ensuring a privacy that made us feel like at home. We will highly recommend this place which is ideal for visiting Rome while residing in a countryside environment. Using public transport to reach Rome was easy. The bus is at the corner and drops directly at the train station that leads to Rome center. Congratulations for this excellent lodging. We hope to come back again! A lovely place to stay - everything was in perfect order and the location is quiet and restful but very convenient. It is extremely easy to get in and out of Rome as well as close to the wonderful remains at Ostia Antica. Giulia was absolutely brilliant, incredibly helpful and kind. We ( our family) spent 2 weeks in July in Giulias house. The warmness what we felt in sun was as warm from Parente's family. We love Fiumicino and Giulias house. It very clean and everything what you need is availybul. Washing machine, coffe maker and very well designed kitchen and we slept so well. The garden is own story to tell. Our doughter loves sea, and it is nearby. By bus it takes about 10 minutes to get there, if there is traffic. The nearest shop is also very good. We have been in Fiumicino and Parentes house two times and we want to get there in next summer, it is totally rest and holiday in there. Everything is guit cheap compearing the Finnish prices, so you don't have to think how much you spent money during your holiday. I can say that to getting to Giulia is holiday, from my hole heart.
