AIESEC International, various positions, most relevant: Global Communications Crew Team Member, AIESEC International (Jan – Jun 2007) I have been coaching AIESEC country offices (Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Uganda, and Botswana) on global brand implementation and management via virtual communication tools. Audited their country communication strategies, proposed measures to improve brand visibility and reinforce communication toward key stakeholders. Executive Vice President External Relations, AIESEC Serbia (May 2006 – May 2007) I have re-designed product portfolio to reinforce unique brand values and selling points. Built and led relations with key corporate and governmental organizations, positioning AIESEC and building strong supporter base. I have established partnership group, with growth of 300% in revenues. Reinforced sales process in national network and led education of executive level sales force. I have led key strategic projects that represented 90% of national revenue generation.
