NOTE: Approximately 550 high capacity South Platte irrigation wells already had decreed augmentation plans as of April 30, 2003. These decreed plans were obtained in the 1970s and 1980s by Bijou Irrigation Company, Fort Morgan Reservoir and Irrigation Company, Pioneer Irrigation Company, Upper Platte and Beaver Canal Company, Lower Platte and Beaver Canal Company, Smart Brothers, Condon and others. All of the wells covered by these augmentation plans were also members of GASP, except those wells covered by the Bijou Irrigation Company plan and the Fort Morgan Reservoir and Irrigation Company plan.
