Blower Accessories Filtration Accessories Inlet and Inline Filters • Inlet filters protect the blower and the air distribution system from dust, and other airborne particles and contaminants. Normally used in pressure systems. Inline filters protect the blower from harmful dust and other particles that may be drawn into the blower through the air distribution system. (8 -10 micron standard – others available)
Filter Silencers and Elements
Filter
• Inlet filter/silencers reduce noise levels while ensuring clean air is provided to the blower and the air distribution system. Normally used in pressure applications. All Rotron air filters and filter/silencers have replaceable filter elements. The filter media is polyester designed for high efficiency over a wide spectrum of industrial applications.
Moisture Separator™ • By separating and containing entrained liquids, Rotron’s moisture separator helps protect our regenerative blowers and the end treatment system from corrosion and mineralization damage. Recommended for all soil vacuum extraction applications.
Measurement Accessories Air Flow Meter (Analog, 4-20 mA, Digital Readout)
Air Flow Meter
• Measures air flow rates to aid in the balance of multi-pipe systems, detect channeling or plugging of a line and allow system fine tuning for optimal performance. An optional 4-20 mA output can be used to achieve systems with fully automated flow control. Digital readouts in SCFM also available.
Moisture Separator TM
Gauges and Relief Valves • Rotron has a variety of gauges for pressure, vacuum and temperature measurements in various ranges. These gauges are reliable and rugged. The relief valve is installed to prevent excessive system pressure or vacuum that could result from line restrictions.
Noise Reduction Accessories Inlet and Inline Mufflers
Relief Valve Gauge
• Inlet/outlet mufflers lower blower noise in areas where reduced sound levels are required. Inline mufflers are utilized for noise reduction in applications where piping systems are connected directly to both ends of the muffler.
Protection Accessories Air Flow Switch • Rotron’s air flow switch sends a control signal in response to increasing or decreasing velocity of the air stream. Useful in automatically initiating process controls, wanning systems on as an interlock for on-off purposes. Muffler
Explosion-Proof Motor Starter • The National Electric Code requires the use of starters with explosion-proof motors equipped with pilot duty thermal overload protection. These UL & CSA approved explosion-proof starters protect the blowers from electrical malfunctions.
Pressure/Vacuum/Temperature Switches • Our adjustable switches can automatically initiate equipment shutdown, alarm systems or interlocking machine functions to insure that blower output parameters stay within process specifications.
Air Flow Switch
System Accessories Air Knives • The Rotron air knife is located at a strategic point in your assembly line conveyor belt area. Air flows from the blower outlet through a pipe and into the air knife plenum, where a sheet of air is directed out through a proprietary linear nozzle design onto assembly line parts. This system can be used for cleaning parts, drying, or blowing back particles and liquids.
Diverter Valves • These unique solenoid actuated diverter valves automatically change air piping from pressure to suction; greatly enhancing blower versatility and productivity. This valve is effective in blower applications that require frequent switching of air from pressure to suction and vice-versa.

• Eductors expand blower versatility and can be used effectively in conjunction with Rotron regenerative blowers to boost air or gas to create material handling systems in which the conveyed material does not pass through the blower, and to create low or no flow suctions exceeding the suction from a blower alone. Blower Accessories Filtration Accessories Inlet and Inline Filters • Inlet filters protect the blower and the air distribution system from dust, and other airborne particles and contaminants. Normally used in pressure systems. Inline filters protect the blower from harmful dust and other particles that may be drawn into the blower through the air distribution system. (8 -10 micron standard – others available)
Filter Silencers and Elements
Filter
• Inlet filter/silencers reduce noise levels while ensuring clean air is provided to the blower and the air distribution system. Normally used in pressure applications. All Rotron air filters and filter/silencers have replaceable filter elements. The filter media is polyester designed for high efficiency over a wide spectrum of industrial applications.
Moisture Separator™ • By separating and containing entrained liquids, Rotron’s moisture separator helps protect our regenerative blowers and the end treatment system from corrosion and mineralization damage. Recommended for all soil vacuum extraction applications.
Measurement Accessories Air Flow Meter (Analog, 4-20 mA, Digital Readout)
Air Flow Meter
• Measures air flow rates to aid in the balance of multi-pipe systems, detect channeling or plugging of a line and allow system fine tuning for optimal performance. An optional 4-20 mA output can be used to achieve systems with fully automated flow control. Digital readouts in SCFM also available.
Moisture Separator TM
Gauges and Relief Valves • Rotron has a variety of gauges for pressure, vacuum and temperature measurements in various ranges. These gauges are reliable and rugged. The relief valve is installed to prevent excessive system pressure or vacuum that could result from line restrictions.
Noise Reduction Accessories Inlet and Inline Mufflers
Relief Valve Gauge
• Inlet/outlet mufflers lower blower noise in areas where reduced sound levels are required. Inline mufflers are utilized for noise reduction in applications where piping systems are connected directly to both ends of the muffler.
Protection Accessories Air Flow Switch • Rotron’s air flow switch sends a control signal in response to increasing or decreasing velocity of the air stream. Useful in automatically initiating process controls, wanning systems on as an interlock for on-off purposes. Muffler
Explosion-Proof Motor Starter • The National Electric Code requires the use of starters with explosion-proof motors equipped with pilot duty thermal overload protection. These UL & CSA approved explosion-proof starters protect the blowers from electrical malfunctions.
Pressure/Vacuum/Temperature Switches • Our adjustable switches can automatically initiate equipment shutdown, alarm systems or interlocking machine functions to insure that blower output parameters stay within process specifications.
Air Flow Switch
System Accessories Air Knives • The Rotron air knife is located at a strategic point in your assembly line conveyor belt area. Air flows from the blower outlet through a pipe and into the air knife plenum, where a sheet of air is directed out through a proprietary linear nozzle design onto assembly line parts. This system can be used for cleaning parts, drying, or blowing back particles and liquids.
Diverter Valves • These unique solenoid actuated diverter valves automatically change air piping from pressure to suction; greatly enhancing blower versatility and productivity. This valve is effective in blower applications that require frequent switching of air from pressure to suction and vice-versa.

• Eductors expand blower versatility and can be used effectively in conjunction with Rotron regenerative blowers to boost air or gas to create material handling systems in which the conveyed material does not pass through the blower, and to create low or no flow suctions exceeding the suction from a blower alone.
