To Whom It May Concern: I would like to recommend Carlos Fabian Petrel as a candidate for a position within your organization. Carlos was the store manager of Australia's flagship Sony Centre retail store located in World Square shopping centre in Sydney from 2007 until recently. Carlos was an asset both to the owners of Sony Centre Sydney and to Sony Australia and has been critical to the successful implementation of the new Sony Centre brand strategy during the last 12 months. He adapted to the changes put in place (such as retail operations management) and worked hard with his sales team to deliver a more compelling customer experience, measuring their performance against core KPls and motivating them to regularly complete face to face and online product training. He was also responsible for ensuring that Sony driven initiatives such as cluster marketing, product hero points and key brand promotions (e.g Quantum of Solace Bond campaign - Christmas 2008, and the BRAVIA 200Hz launch - 2009). One of Carlos' biggest assets is his passion for the brand which he clearly communicated when dealing with customers on the shopfloor. Carlos was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many Sony Head Office employees - including senior managers from Sony Japan and Sony Asia Pacific - who often visited the store. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carlos for a retail facing position within your organization.
