The Alternative Learning System (ALS) Naval North District is task to conduct a Literacy Program to answer the needs of growing population of out-of –school children (OSC), out-of-school youths(OSY), and adults. This program envisions to eradicate the illiteracy rate in the community and help the clienteles for the augmentation of their way of living. This program will be conducted to Bernardes Village, Atipolo, Naval, Biliran. Thus, the Alternative Learning system has luck of funds for the reproduction of modules and review materials for the learning session. And we cannot deny the fact that those out-o -school children, out-of -school youths and adults belong to the poverty line and can’t even provide their own school materials. In this connection, the ALS implementers would like to solicit from your good office to reproduce the necessary modules and review materials needed for the learning session, notebooks and pencils needed of the clienteles for them to be motivated to go to the session.
